Welcome to The Cove — a cozy little strength and conditioning gym, run right out of my garage! This is your safe, supportive space to get stronger, build confidence, and feel amazing in your own skin. Here, we train hard so you can live life even harder — gaining the strength, energy, and resilience to take on everything life throws your way. Expect fun, effective workouts using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, ropes, and plenty of core work. I can’t wait to train with you at The Cove!

Amanda Watson, CPT Founder of The Cove
Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve been coaching for over 15 years, and I’m passionate about helping people move better, get stronger, and feel amazing. My goal for The Cove is simple: I want everyone, especially women, to understand and embrace the importance of strength training—not just for how it makes you look, but for how it helps you live. Strength training builds confidence, supports longevity, and helps you move well in every part of life.

I believe workouts should be both effective and fun. At The Cove, we train hard, laugh often, and celebrate the wins both big and small.

When I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably find me with a great cup of coffee, traveling to a new city, reading a good book, or enjoying the outdoors.
